A space where many different functions and actions are being performed for the greater good of a community. Each member of a Lakou has a role to play. Someone drying laundry, someone harvesting vegetables to cook food, someone who gives advice to people who need it, and so forth. The BAYO 2022 Stage is your Lakou--our Lakou. A place of gathering, a place to collectively celebrate Haiti, the Caribbean, Africa, and Latin America, its cultures and history. BAYO will be your Lakou away from Haiti.
